Returns Policy
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll do everything I can to make it right — either with a refund or replacement.
Change of Mind
I want you to love your new piece, so if you're truly unhappy with it, please get in touch. Change of mind returns are considered on a case-by-case basis for original artworks only. If you don’t love your artwork, contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can agree on a suitable solution. You’ll need to cover any return shipping, and the piece must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Commissioned artworks
Unfortunately, I can’t accept returns on commissioned or customised pieces unless they arrive damaged.
